"Convenient, but nothing special"
I was glad to find a lab close to my work, which made getting there really easy. That part was definitely convenient. Overall it worked out fine, though I wouldn’t say there was anything particularly standout about the experience.

"Support was slow and unclear"
The test itself was fine, but dealing with support was frustrating. They took a long time to get back to me, and when they did, the answers weren’t always clear, so I ended up having to follow up twice. It just felt like getting a straight answer took way more effort than it should have

Getting the test itself was totally fine, to be fair. The frustrating part was trying to find and understand my results afterward. The login and results page felt a bit unclear, and I ended up clicking around more than I thought I’d need to. Some of the numbers were there, but they weren’t explained in a way that made much sense to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, just more annoying than I expected...

The ordering process was kind of confusing. There were way too many steps, and it felt like it took longer than it needed to. Just a heads up if you’re trying to get through it quickly.

"Decent prices, but not totally hassle-free"
I went with DirectLabs mostly because the prices were better than what I’d pay going through my doctor. The site was easy enough to use, but I wouldn’t say the whole experience was perfect or especially smooth. I was mainly just relieved there weren’t a bunch of surprise fees tacked on at the end. Overall, it did what I needed and the value was good, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d probably use them again if the pricing stayed competitive

"Got my results quicker than I expected"
I assumed it would take the usual amount of time, maybe a few days longer like these things often do, but my results came back fast. Nice surprise.

"Super quick appointment, really really easy"
Booking my appointment was easy, easy enough that it took almost no time. I got seen pretty much right away too, which was a nice surprise. The wait was way, way shorter than I expected. no complaints at all.

"Billing was easy enough"
Paying was straightforward. It went through on the first try, so I figured everything was working fine. I didn’t run into any weird errors or anything, which to me basically means the billing part was good.

"Honestly, It Was Spot On"
I was half expecting some big mystery or mismatch, but nope — the results lined up with what my doctor’s tests showed. Kind of a relief, honestly. For me, it’s been really reliable every time I’ve used it
